Accessibility Statement

At Inline Fiberglass, we are committed to meeting the needs of individuals with disabilities and to removing barriers to accessibility in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). We are dedicated to treating all individuals with dignity, independence, and respect while providing equal access to our products, services, facilities, and employment opportunities.

Employment

Inline Fiberglass notifies job applicants that accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities throughout the recruitment and selection process. When accommodation requests are made, we work directly with applicants to identify and provide appropriate accommodations based on their individual needs.

We develop individualized accommodation plans and return-to-work processes for employees who require workplace accommodations due to a disability. We also consider the accessibility needs of employees with disabilities during performance management, career development, and advancement opportunities. Where appropriate, accessible formats and communication supports are provided to ensure employees can fully participate in workplace processes.

Accessibility Initiatives

Inline Fiberglass maintains an accessibility strategy designed to improve opportunities for individuals with disabilities and contribute to a more inclusive and accessible Ontario.

We provide accessibility and customer service training to employees, volunteers, and any individuals who interact with the public or represent Inline Fiberglass. Training is also provided to those involved in developing company policies, procedures, and practices related to the delivery of our products and services.

Accessible formats and communication supports are available upon request for publicly available information, in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. We inform the public of the availability of these accommodations and work with individuals requesting accessible information to determine the most appropriate format to meet their needs.

When constructing or making significant modifications to public spaces, including showrooms and customer-facing areas, Inline Fiberglass follows applicable accessibility requirements and design standards to support barrier-free access.

Training

Inline Fiberglass has provided accessibility and customer service training to its employees and maintains an ongoing training process for new team members. Accessibility awareness, accommodation practices, and customer service standards form part of our commitment to creating an inclusive environment for employees, customers, and visitors.
